The Zell am See/Kaprun region offers numerous leisure activities all year round. In summer you can go swimming, water skiing or boating or simply enjoy the lake. There is an 18-hole golf course nearby. The surrounding mountains offer numerous hiking opportunities from family hikes to high mountain tours. The Zell am See/Kaprun region is known as a ski region with guaranteed snow. You can even ski in summer on the glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn. If the weather doesn't play ball, you can visit the Tauern Spa.
