The beautiful exteriors are a delight that will make you enjoy the good weather on the island even more. After a day at the beach you can cool off in the elevated chlorine pool that has a diameter of 3 meters and a depth of 1.20 meters. Next to it you have a small solarium area with 2 sun loungers and an umbrella. And next to the house, the porch will allow you to enjoy a tasty barbecue or a drink at dusk. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The interior of the house has a rustic and cozy style. The kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The comfortable sofa is located in front of the wood stove and the satellite TV (channels only in German). The only bedroom offers a double bed and the bathroom has a shower. Additionally, in the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are traveling with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The house is located in Capdepera although the closest town is Artí where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. However, we also recommend a visit to Capdepera and its beautiful walled enclosure. The closest beach is Canyamel, about 8.5 km away, but you can visit other nearby beaches and coves that are just as beautiful in the area. Another option is golf and find the closest course, Capdepera Golf, just 3.6 km away.

The loft above the kitchen cannot be used. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
