You can also sunbathe in the beautiful community garden that surrounds it. The apartment also has a beautiful furnished terrace where you can have a drink before going out on the sofa or armchairs it has, or enjoy a delicious meal outdoors at the dining table for four people. From this terrace you can access the 40 m2 solarium terrace where you can sunbathe on the lounger while looking at the magnificent views or contemplate the starry sky at night.

The 53 m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The interior, with a modern and current style, will make you feel at home. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa to watch TV or rest while we cool off with the air conditioning throughout the house. The dining table has capacity for 4 people. The charming kitchen is independent, with a ceramic hob, ideal for cooking your best dishes on vacation. The house has a single bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. For the two extra guests, the sofa becomes a sofa bed for two people. If you travel with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. The apartment is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
