The house is located in the historical centre of Torniella, a medieval village founded around the year 1000.At the back of the house is a communal garden. It consists of a 35 m² eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed for two persons, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and refrigerator with freezer. Fireplaces are not in use. The house has a laundry room with washing machine.Shops and a bar nearby. An excellent restaurant is only 30 metres away. The Val di Farma nature reserve, known for its river and waterfalls, where it is also possible to bathe, is about 1 km away. Other places of interest include: Siena (35 km), the Maremma coast (40 km), San Galgano (15 km), Massa Marittima (25 km) and the Petriolo thermal baths (15 km). The hills surrounding the area are ideal for cycling, walking and mushroom picking, surrounded by lush greenery.Bicycles can be hired on request.
