The spacious 3-room flat (69 m2) is on the 1st floor. The living room and bedroom face south. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the plain to Lake Silvaplana, the balcony (glazed with sliding windows) offers an unobstructed view of Corvatsch, Furtschellas and Margna and invites you to read, chat or relax.The flat is furnished for four people. It is fully equipped with household goods and linen. WLAN Internet, satellite TV, radio, shower, ski room and a heated garage are available. A sauna (for a small fee) and children's playroom are available in the building. If you walk out of the front door, you are immediately on hiking trails or the cross-country ski run.
