The small village of Kras, where villa is located, is located in the heart of the island of Krk and is ideal for all those who want to escape from hectic everyday life and stress. Nice clean air, birdsong and morning bells of the village church is the only thing you hear.A beautiful new romantic villa in a peaceful surrounding with a swimming pool and children's playground.On the ground floor of the villa there is a hallway, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and fridge) and a large dining room with access to the terrace.The covered terrace can be used in any weather and the brick barbecue invites you to romantic barbecue evenings with sunset.From the terrace you can directly enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and the large garden with children's playground.On the first floor of the house there are three spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom.The villa offers you both the possibility of a quiet holiday and near the beach (10 minutes by car).The restaurant is 4 km away, the shop 250 m.The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will occupy your attention for just 5-15 minutes drive to all locations. Motorway and airport are also located nearby (we offer free airport transfer). Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans. Town of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island of Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, Soline Bay with healthy mud and Biserujka Cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties, go on a trip with fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or let children ride a submarine (the town of Krk).
