The small, dreamy finca is only 5 minutes by car from the bay of Alcudia and Pollensa and therefore the sea right in front of your feet.With around 70 m² of living space, the house offers space for up to three guests, i.e. a couple or a small family with a child. From the pool terrace you can enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape.The finca is only about 7 km from the Bay of Pollensa and therefore only about 5 minutes by car from the nearest beaches such as "Barcares" or a little further to the long beaches of the Bay of Alcudia.
