In this beautiful house you can relax, disconnect and spend a great sun and beach vacation. You can have a coffee on the magnificent furnished terrace, equipped with sofas, also ideal for a break after a long day at the beach. They can also shower and wash off the salt and sand in the available outdoor shower. At the back, they have another cozy terrace. On the first floor you will also find a small terrace, a charming corner with spectacular views, where you can spend moments alone and in retreat. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby. The interiors of the house are magnificent. The 110 m2 and two floors have a modern and current style that has all the comforts for a perfect stay, like at home. From the outside terrace we access the living room. It is very spacious and bright, with a current Mediterranean decoration where wood and light tones are the protagonists. It has a very large sofa where you can sit and rest while cooling off with the air conditioning, and another smaller one next to the entrance to the terrace. They will be able to watch television with satellite channels. In the same space we find the dining table that has capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped for the family chef to cook during the holidays: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a table with three chairs for morning breakfasts. To rest, the house has three beautiful bedrooms. The first two are on the ground floor. One has a double bed and wardrobe, and the second has a single bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the ground floor. On the first floor we find the last bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The floor is completed with a bathroom with shower. If you are traveling with a baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair. The house has heating for the winter season. The washing machine is located in the garage, but you should keep in mind that it can only be used for laundry tasks, you cannot park it. Son Serra de Marina is a very residential and family-friendly tourist destination, ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy the beach at the same time. In the town we find basic services: a small grocery store, a supermarket and a couple of restaurants gives an idea of ​​the type of destination. For everything else we can go to Can Picafort where we find all the services for an independent stay. Son Serra beach is made of thick sand, rocks and transparent waters, familiar and calm, in short, a real delight.
