The history of the island and expirience were also taken into considerationt at the time location and buildings were decided and this was the SAFETY OF LIFE if somthing was coming like the most of the times in the past The nature and the history of the island were the main factors taken into consideration for this villa construction and location choose.The house is with her own private swiming pool in additional to the beach and a land 5000 sq,meters with seasonal tress and vegetables free to guests and some fishing lines just in case someone wants to pass his time fishing. The busses station is outside the house land and busses to FYRA and other destinations from FYRA outside the house passing every half hour.The Grace villa No1 is a two floors villa 120 sq.meters and each floor is for 4 guests complete house view to the sea with big balconies . The floors are complete independed each the other with separate entrance and family in one floor cant see the family or to hear voices from guests to other floor. Due to slight list of the ground both sections are over the ground with balconies to the sea.
