The house with this holiday apartment enjoys a top location just a three-minute walk from the beach, affording a wonderful panoramic view. This building is the first house that was built in Utjeha and so is associated with many wonderful memories for the owner, who lives on the ground floor. The little holiday village Utjeha lies between the two towns Bar and Ulcinj and is easy to get to along the Adriatic coastal road. Reconstruction is in progress, so will be available in May 2020. Well-behaved dogs that do not destroy flowers do not have to be kept on the leash. The free wireless Internet connection can also be used on the balcony. 100 meters from the house there is a restaurant, cafe, market place. A bakery, a grocery shop and a vegetable shop can be found just 50 metres from your holiday accommodation. It is just 100 metres to the bach. The nature in this area is still pristine and unspoilt. The Podgorica and Tivat airports are 50km away. In Ada Bojana 20km away there is also a nudist beach.
