This wonderful house has very cozy and beautiful exteriors. In them you will find a beautiful chlorine pool, measuring 9 x 4 m and with a depth of 1.00 to 2.10 m, surrounded by a wonderful area of ​​grass and another of sand with up to 5 sun loungers to enjoy the sun with a freshly squeezed juice or a drink at sunset. On a wonderful furnished porch you can relax while reading a book or listening to some music, or have a delicious family dinner prepared on the barbecue. The plot is fenced, there are neighbors and they should keep in mind that it is anchored to the train tracks, so you can hear the sound of its passage.

The house has a spacious room, with air conditioning, that unifies two living areas, the dining room and the kitchen. One of the living areas has two comfortable sofas for relaxing or chatting with the family, while the other offers a sofa and satellite television. Between them they have a robust dining table with capacity for our 5 guests. Then, behind a bar where the television is, you access the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, oven, large countertops and everything you need to feel at home. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe, two of them with air conditioning. Two offer a double bed and the last two single beds. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower that is en-suite. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are located in one of them.

The farm is located about 500 m from the center of Lloseta, a town known for its mythical cake called "Cardenal". A couple of km away they find a familiar and picturesque town called Biniamar, which has only 315 inhabitants. On the contrary, Inca is about 5 km away and has many more services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops of all kinds, lots of people and its traditional Thursday market, which cannot be missed. If you want to visit more unique towns, we recommend driving to Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Sóller. The closest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, about 30 km away, although if you go through the Sierra area you can visit the unique coves of Cala Tuent or Sa Calobra. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
