And after a good dessert, the perfect plan is to lie down and relax in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors in the surrounding area. Distributing its spacious and comfortable rooms on a single floor and equipped with gas central heating, this wonderful house offers you a beautiful living room with satellite television that you can enjoy lying on one of the sofas or in the armchair next to the wood stove on the coldest days. The dining room, open to this space, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends at its sturdy table. The kitchen, independent and with a gas stove, has all the necessary appliances and utensils, as well as a pantry and a table with chairs for a quick breakfast or a snack while cooking. The laundry room has an ironing board, iron and washing machine. They have three bedrooms, with AC and wardrobe, to rest like at home, all equipped with two single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house. If you need it, we will gladly prepare a crib and a high chair for your baby. The property is located on the outskirts of the center of Palma, surrounded by fantastic and quiet urbanizations, and very close to the highway that connects with any point on the island. Also just 800 meters away there is a bus stop for your convenience. As for shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., you are certainly in the perfect place since the big city puts at your disposal an infinite variety of all these services. If you are passionate about long walks, visits, culture and excursions, let yourself be carried away by the cobblestone streets of the center with its ornate patios, its legendary cafes, its churches and ancient buildings and, of course, the unique and majestic cathedral of La Seu. And for beach lovers, the closest is the small and paradisiacal cove of Illetes, which is located about 10 km from the property. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
