The private salt pool, measuring 11m x 5m and with a depth of between 0.5m and 2.2m, is the star of this house. On five sun loungers you will enjoy the Mallorcan sun, while the children play in the large garden. An outdoor shower is ideal for quickly cooling off. If you like to cook outside, there is a barbecue. The large porch is a nice place to spend afternoons with your family or relax in the Caribbean hammock. In the garden there is a small pond and an area with gravel and flowers. This beautiful home is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

Inside, a cozy lounge awaits you where you can watch satellite television or listen to your favorite music. Especially in the cooler season, you can light a fire in the wood oven. The modern kitchen with dining area has all the utensils to cook your favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The three bedrooms have a double bed each, two of them with air conditioning, the third with a fan. If you travel with a minor, we prepare a crib and a high chair. Regarding the bathrooms, there is one with a bathtub and another with a shower. This house has a safe, located in the bathroom cabinet. For winter it has five electric radiators.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is an authentic Mallorcan village located in the central-east of Mallorca and offers all the necessary services for an independent holiday, including supermarkets and restaurants. On Thursdays the market takes place where you can buy fresh products from the region. Nearby is the talayot ​​of Son Lluc, an archaeological site where you can see remains of an ancient Mallorcan town.

In about 15 minutes by car you will reach the eastern coast and many dream beaches, including Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Canyamel and Sa Coma. If you fancy a night out, you have plenty of options in Cala Millor, as well as plenty of shops. Golf lovers can practice this famous sport at Canyamel Golf.
