Each flat has 2 double rooms with comfortable box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms with rain shower, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror, as well as a living room with flat-screen TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and more. W-LAN, bed linen and towels are of course included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.The outdoor area boasts a south and east-facing balcony with chairs and tables. From here you have an unrivalled view of the majestic Ötztal mountains. Parking spaces are available free of charge, as well as an electric charging station and a bike cellar with workbench and washing area to prepare everything for the next day after an active day outdoors.Situated approx. 150 m above the centre of Sölden, surrounded by the breathtaking Ötztal mountains, our holiday flats guarantee peace and relaxation as well as optimal connections to the Giggijoch ski area and the Harise (670) and Traien (677) MTB nature trails.
