With 110 m2 built, it is ideal for families or small groups of friends who want to spend their holidays near the sea. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. From the room with the double bed, you can see beautiful views of the mountains. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one of them en suite. The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the spacious 25 m2 terrace, where you can dine at night and relax and sunbathe in one of the three hammocks. There is also a porch the same size as the terrace. Take advantage of the cozy sofa to read a good book or take a nap. At the entrance there are two more sofas. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your vacation: toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, gas stove and refrigerator. Of course, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed on request and can be on the terrace, but never inside the house. Always ask before! Colònia de Sant Pere is an old fishing village. But currently it has several restaurants, a small supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a small yacht club. You can walk along the promenade, watching the boats and trying some of the best Mallorcan dishes from the restaurants in the area. In addition, there are plenty of beaches and coves nearby, most of them in natural areas, such as the Levante Natural Park. The closest one is Colònia de Sant Pere beach, a small beach of sand and rocks just 250 meters from the apartment. Other nearby ones are Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjana, Cala Torta and S’aigua Dolça. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
