During the summer, Lake Pyhäjärvi offers swimming possibilities and good fishing opportunities. The downhill course on the slopes offers speed and excitement for a holiday day! Hiking trails in Pyhä-Luosto National Park are less than 300 meters away. Along these trails, pedestrians can hike to Finland's deepest gorge, Isokuru, where the breathtaking Pyhänkasteenputous Waterfall is located. Hiking trails also lead to the summit of Pyhä-Luosto's highest fell, Noitatunturi, which has an altitude of 540 meters.
