55 km south of Kuopio, beach 50 m away (Lake Kallavesi/Koirus/Konnusvesi), deep, hard bottom, water depth is 2 meters at the end of the pier, own boat. A spacious log villa on a peninsula, overlooking the lake in almost all directions. Villa built in 1983, kitchen, utility room, room with fireplace, living room/meeting room, vestibule, bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom-toilet, three bedrooms with 2 beds in each (+ one extra bed). Sauna, bathroom, dressing room and a warm glass terrace. The villa has four bathrooms and 3 showers. Free wireless internet access. DVD/Blue-ray, karaoke equipment and meeting equipment. In the yard garage for one car and parking for four cars, in addition asphalted parking for 10 cars 50 meters away. There is a wood-fired hot tub for rent by advance booking / payment. The tub is for 8 persons and it will be delivered to the cottage by separate agreement. The tub comes with a thermometer, instructions for use, and accessories for indoor cleaning. Ask more about availability, book in advance! The villa can be booked for a maximum of 10 people. The person in charge of the booking must be at least 25 years old. If you are having a party or visiting guests, it must always be agreed separately before booking (please contact Lomarengas). Well-equipped villa on rocky peninsula near to the Konnus channel. Spa Vesileppis and ski arena 8 km away. For extra charge smoke sauna by the lake (not for rent during winter time beginning of November till end of April): shower, changing room with a kitchenette. By the shore there is a big hot smoking oven, campfire site for roast and a small rocky island with a bridge connection. On a island a camp fire place and wooden seats. Owner rents out 4 hp outboard motor. Fishing permits required also for the local waters (Koirus-Sotkanvirta fishing permit area). Coastline 2 km. Konnus Golf 2 km, Konnuskoski rapids for lure fishing 2 km, Leppävirta 7 km, Spa and sport centre Vesileppis 8 km, Varkaus 30 km, Kuopio Airport 75 km, Kasurila ski center 75 km, Savonlinna 110 km. Reservations begin at 16 o'clock (4 pm) on arrival day. Weekend reservations (Fri-Sun, Thu-Sun) end on Sunday latest at 16 o'clock (4 pm). All other reservations end at noon 12 o'clock on the day of departure.
