The house is in a quiet location in Konavle in the rural region around Dubrovnik. It is known for its natural and attractive landscapes, green hills, stone buildings and hospitality. The extensive garden provides a 25m² pool with deckchairs. Next to it there is a gazebo with a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. You can relax on the terrace and enjoy the wonderful view over the landscape. The one-storey holiday house was renovated in 2012 and can accommodate five people. The master bedroom has a double bed measuring 200 x 200cm and the second bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, along with a single bed measuring 90 x 200cm. Both bedrooms have heating. The bathroom has a shower with massage jets and a washing machine. The spacious living room provides a sofa bed for another person, satellite TV with over 100 international channels, as well as air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. The open dining space adjoins the kitchen. You can ride horses at a nearby farm. The town of Dubrovnik with its range of culture and entertainment is 40km away and Cavtat with its beautiful beaches, the promenade and restaurants is 15km away. Dubrovnik airport is just 15 minutes away.The nearest supermarket and a traditional restaurant are six kilometres away.
