Just a few minutes from the Chia Laguna Resort, which offers free evening shows open to all.Outside the house there is a gazebo where you can organise pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners and where you can cook in the barbecue. There is also the possibility of an outdoor hot shower. In the garden you will find beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. The beach can be reached on foot along the private driveway (approx. 250 m). It is possible to go down to the beach by car, because there is a parking space in front of the sea.Inside there is a large living room with sofas, satellite colour TV, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave oven, a bathroom with washing machine.
