On the main floor, completely renovated, you find a living room with TV and AC; the kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher; and two bedrooms with a double bed and AC, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. On the lower level of the house and accessed from the outside, the house offers a charming independent traditional-style apartment where you will find a comfortable living room - dining room - kitchen with TV and ceramic hob; a bedroom with double bed and AC; and a bathroom with shower. In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And we can offer you a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby.
Portals Nous is a residential and quiet area that stands out for being next to one of the most exclusive ports on the island, which gives it that cosmopolitan and luxurious air. In the area you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is Caleta de Portals Nous and Portals Nous beach is not far from the house either. If you are golf lovers, the closest course is Son Muntaner, which is only 10.6 km away.
