ATTN. Basic price is valid for maximum 8 persons and contains use of main chalet and lakeside sauna (not for accommodation). For additional fee it's also possible to book separate outbuilding (6 beds) and use lakeside sauna for accommodation (maximum number of persons in that case is 16). Cost for extra persons is 100 e/booking if there are 1-2 extra persons and 150 e/booking if there are 3-8 extra persons (payment to the owner). 120 km north-west of Kuopio, Lake Koivujärvi 25 m (length 10 km, width 3 km) shallow and deep shore, hard sanded, partly stony bottom (not suitable for small children), 2 rowing boat and a canoe. 3-storey old pine chalet 1994. Upstairs: bedroom 4 beds, bedroom 2 beds, balcony. Middle floor (57 m²): living room/kitchen with table for 14 persons, karaoke and tv, bedroom with sofa bed for 2, glazed terrace (23.5 m²). Downstairs (40 m²): living room/kitchen, electric sauna, washroom with 2 showers, glazed porch. For additional fee separate outbuilding where 6 extra beds. In the outbuilding there is a living room, bedroom double bed, upstairs a loft with 4 extra beds, terrace. Electric heating. Separate wood-fired shore sauna with electricity and washroom (shower). In room with fireplace in the shore sauna 2 extra beds and in the sleeping loft 2 mattresses. Spacious 3-storey old-pine log chalet on slope above lake shore. With 3 WCs. Location also includes log outbuilding (additional fee), separate lakeside sauna and grill tepee. Between main chalet and shore there are lawn, garden plants and shrubs. Water deepens rather rapidly but next to jetty is a shallow sanded area for small children. Location also suitable for groups for conferences and parties. By arrangement, meal services. For conferences AV equipment is available. Satellite dish. Owner can arrange fishing programmes, including spoon trolling, trident fishing at night, winter net fishing, 'pilkki' ice hole fishing, and one-day seine fishing. Owner also rents out motor boat and bicycles, as well as shotguns for skeet range (note: licences required). There are some owner's own goods in the villa but there are always room also for clients clothes and foodstuff. Sights include Lepikon torppa at Pielavesi 47 km, chainsaw museum 44 km, Paljakka bare rocky mountain, panoramic viewpoint 25 km, Kiuruvesi's museums, churches, monuments and bowling 33 -35 km.
