The double bed measures 160 cm x 190 cm, while the single beds measure 90 cm x 190 cm. An additional bed for one person can be added on request. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. The living room with balcony is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a 32-inch HD digital TV with integrated hi-fi and a bookcase with travel, cooking and fiction texts in various languages. The kitchen-dining room is equipped with all the necessary utensils, including a microwave, a ventilated electric oven, a gas cooker, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and is equipped with hygiene products such as shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, etc. The flat is equipped with household appliances and accessories such as a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. A hoover, bed linen and towels are also provided free of charge. All rooms are heated and the living room is also air-conditioned.The tenants of the house have access to a communal outdoor garden.
