This beautiful holiday home, a former mill converted into three cosy flats, is located just 600 metres from Pomaia, where you will find the nearest shops and restaurants. It is a beautiful property nestled in an idyllic landscape, surrounded by olive trees, small woods and a small stream with a small lake (swimmable when the water does not dry out). From time to time, some local wild animals (hedgehogs, hares, foxes, pheasants) can be seen living undisturbed along the stream or in the garden. The communal garden also has several fruit trees, a hot tub (open from mid-May to the end of September) and a veranda where guests can relax. Along the stream and in the garden are gazebos and reading corners where you can relax and enjoy the lush nature. The coast and the sea at Castiglioncello are 13 km away.
