Very spacious, well-kept and with a combination of warm, white and blue colors, this apartment exudes peace and becomes the perfect place for a pleasant and quiet vacation near the sea. Even from your small balcony you can feel the sea breeze and the smell of salt while you relax on the lounge chair, perhaps reading a book.

In the house, located on the second floor of a family residential complex, they find a wonderful room that unifies the living room and dining room. Here you can have lunch or dinner as a family and then rest on the sofa accompanied by a series or an interesting movie. The kitchen is spacious, independent and has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need to cook an exquisite recipe. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. They have a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and two beautiful bedrooms in total. Both offer a fan, wardrobe and space to place a crib and a high chair. One of them is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds together. The two extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

This property is located in the heart of Arenal Beach, where they have various shops and restaurants where you can enjoy their terraces with beautiful views. You can enjoy water sports and some wonderful viewpoints that you can visit from Cala Blanca, Portitxol or Cap Negre. The hiking trails invite you to take long excursions, as well as the beautiful coves in the area will attract you to practice scuba diving. If you fancy a quiet walk at nightfall, we recommend the old town of XÃ bia with its medieval layout. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 26 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
