Cozy holiday home in Kvenvær, Hitra, located close to the sea and freshwater lakes with good opportunities for hiking and fishing. The boat is moored at a private pier 600 metres from the holiday home. Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental price. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and extra sleeping spaces in the loft area. The loft also has a small sofa corner that can be used as a lounge area or a play corner for children. There is a large bathroom with two sinks, shower and WC, and an additional separate room with WC. The house features an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living room. Large outdoor terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Boat for rent from 1 April to 30 September: 18-foot Gymo boat with a 30 HP Yamaha engine. The boat is located at the pier 600 metres from the holiday home, where there are fish-cleaning facilities both indoors and outdoors. Hitra offers a wide range of activities and attractions. Just 5–6 km from the holiday home, you will find the fishing village of Kvenvær, known for its beautiful and varied natural surroundings. There is also a lively atmosphere with a grocery store and a restaurant. Hitra is home to a large population of red deer and other wildlife that can be observed in nature. Take a drive to Frøya and visit the historic fishing village of Titran, or take the car ferry to the lively fishing community of Sula, located out in the open sea. Along the ferry route, you can stop at several places, including the island community of Mausund.
