Just 200 metres from the fine sandy beach and the beautiful promenade, this holiday home is the perfect place for relaxing days by the sea.The studio is located on the first floor and offers a comfortable living, dining and sleeping area with a small open-plan kitchen on a living space of 31 m². The interior is cleverly divided and offers a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed, which serves as an additional sleeping option. You will be entertained by the flat-screen TV with cable TV and DVD player, which is positioned on a sideboard right next to the bed. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a ceramic hob, microwave with baking function, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and WC.Outside, a sunny balcony with a direct view of the water and the green surroundings invites you to linger. Equipped with a small balcony table and three armchairs, this is the ideal place to watch the most marvellous sunsets and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the yachts sailing past with a glass of sparkling wine or a cold beer.The area surrounding the holiday studio offers a wide range of leisure activities. Whether it's a trip on a hire bike, a boat tour (licence-free), breakfast in the bistro or the bread roll service in the morning - there's something for everyone.
