Villa 117 is a classic Istrian house over 200 years old. The interior has been completely renovated, preserving all the original dimensions. Thanks to this reconstruction, guests can enjoy all the comforts of a modern home.
During the restoration, several interesting stone artifacts were discovered, preserved, and incorporated into the building.
Villa 117 features four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and is fully air-conditioned.
Guests have access to a saltwater swimming pool, a cozy beach area, and a sunbathing lawn with a solar shower. A sauna is located in the garden next to the pool, where you will also find a large shaded pergola and a barbecue. On the ground floor, there is an old stone vaulted cellar where you can relax in a comfortable armchair with a glass of excellent Istrian wine. The house also has a library for unwinding from the stresses of everyday life. Upstairs, there is a playroom for younger guests. One of the bedrooms has access to a large sun terrace.
From the villa, you can access a large meadow, perfect for walks or games.
Electric bicycles are available for guests at the villa for an additional fee, allowing them to explore the surrounding area, wine cellars, and excellent restaurants.
