Welcome to a completely newly renovated holiday home in beautiful Äskestock where you are close to the sea. Here you live peacefully and close to nature, within walking distance of the sea and the archipelago. The house is surrounded by a large, private garden that is beautifully framed by a small forest area. The generous terrace quickly becomes a natural gathering point, with several pleasant seating areas where you can sit down with your morning coffee, eat your meals of the day or enjoy a long summer evening together. Inside, you are greeted by a bright and pleasantly open plan. The fine kitchen has an adjoining dining area that opens up to the spacious living room - a social and inviting area for both socializing and relaxing. The large house offers two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a 140cm wide bed. On one side of the terrace is the guest cottage with two more beds, making the accommodation perfect for families or groups who want plenty of space and the opportunity for privacy. For entertainment, there is a TV with Chromecast in both the living room and the guest cottage. There are also bicycles in existing condition to borrow for those who want to discover the surroundings. The house is not rented to youth groups or for parties. Charging electric cars is not allowed. Bring your own sheets and towels. It is only 1800m to the restaurant Östra Skälö where you can enjoy something to eat and drink while enjoying the fantastic sea view. Äskestock offers a pleasant and active cottage area with great opportunities for both swimming, exercise and beautiful nature experiences. The area has lovely beaches with a jetty and a swimming raft. There are also nice rock pools. For those who like to exercise, there are seaside walking paths, exercise trails and an outdoor gym. There is also a playground, football pitch, barbecue area and boules court - perfect for both young and old. During the year, popular joint activities such as fishing competitions and Midsummer celebrations are also arranged. Along the coast there are a number of beautiful places to visit such as Blankaholm and Loftahammar. The summer town of Västervik with its wide range of restaurants, cafes and shopping is 25km away. Boat trips to the archipelago depart from Västervik. At Lysingsbaden there is a water park and a large beach and restaurant. At Gränsö Castle you can enjoy a day spa in beautiful surroundings. In Tofvehult there is a popular café.
