An incredible 75-inch TV in the living room provides entertainment for movie nights together. A fully electric massage chair ensures that you are only relaxed. - and again and again this fantastic view of the harbour basin. The modern fitted kitchen is a highlight for amateur cooks. Whether it's fresh fish from the harbour or a relaxed breakfast with a view of the water – cooking becomes an experience here. Afterwards, the large terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to convivial barbecues on the Weber electric grill or relaxing reading lessons. On the ground floor there is also a practical guest toilet with its own washing machine, so that even longer stays are comfortable and uncomplicated. Comfort down to the last detail To ensure that your holiday remains carefree, the villa has two parking spaces directly at the house and an exclusive, quiet location - and yet you are only a few steps away from the harbour promenade with Edeka, beach club and restaurant. Pets are not allowed, which makes the accommodation particularly attractive for allergy sufferers.
