Outside, the three terraces offer spaces to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The terrace on the main floor will allow you to enjoy your meals al fresco, sunbathe or relax with a drink after a day at the beach. The property has close neighbors, allowing for a cozy experience but connected to the local environment.
Inside, the charm continues with a bright living room equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV, while the dining room open to the living room offers a cozy atmosphere for sharing meals. The kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, together with the separate laundry room, guarantee a comfortable and convenient stay. The three bedrooms, all on the first floor, have air conditioning and wardrobes. The first has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. There is one bathroom per floor, both with a shower, and on the top level you will find a toilet and a terrace with beautiful views. Finally, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby.
The Can Picafort area is ideal for walking along its long promenade or along its fine, clear sand. At night, when the sea breeze gives a break, the perfect plan is to have a soft drink, a beer or, why not? a cocktail at a beach bar on the shore. Although in summer it is full of life, you can breathe tranquility and peace. If, on the other hand, you want to visit beaches, coves, shops, restaurants and many other more bustling places, go to the Port of Alcúdia or to the capital, Palma, if you dare to take a long drive.
