The living room has a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a communal swimming pool, communal gardens, lift and private parking. The flat is located close to bars, restaurants, shops and the marina, but in a quiet street.The flat is in Benalmadena Costa, which is west of Malaga and 20 minutes by car or bus from the airport. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the famous Marina which has many international restaurants. There is no need to hire a car at this flat.Baby cots and chairs can be provided free of charge.Please ask when booking. If you have rented by the month, please remember that monthly rentals include electricity up to a certain limit. If you exceed the agreed limit, you will be charged for the extra electricity. The picturesque mountain village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis is 15 minutes away. You can also visit the elegant suburbs of Puerto Banus and Marbella and travel further to Gibraltar. Benalmadena Costa has hundreds of bars, restaurants and café's. There are many international restaurants at the Marina. There is a wide choice of shops and Tivoli World, amusement park for children is located at Arroyo. Fuengirola Zoo is nearby and the Marine Wildlife Park. The area is famous for its hundreds of beaches, quiet coves, hidden stretches of sand with fashionable beach clubs, populated by celebrities and beautiful people from all over the world. One of the most popular pastimes on the Costa is golf - there are over 50 golf courses in the area, with magnificent mountain and cliff top locations offering spectacular views over the varied landscapes of the region and right down to the sea.
