There will be no better way to start the day than having breakfast while contemplating the fantastic views of the Guadalquivir River, the Doñana preserve and the beach offered by the two terraces that are part of the apartment. In them you will find sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, a barbecue and a large table where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The bright interior of the home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room has radiators and Smart TV and is also open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have two bedrooms, both with radiators. The first has a double bed, while the second is equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Up to two more people can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. In the property there is another independent bathroom with a bathtub. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a coastal town in Cádiz famous for its proximity to the Doñana National Park, which we encourage you to visit and whose views you can enjoy from the apartment's terraces. The area has all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay. In addition, a few kilometers away is the center of Sanlúcar, where you can enjoy numerous shops, wineries and bars where you can have some tapas. Less than 100 m from your accommodation is Bonanza Beach, a golden sandy area with calm waters located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, where the salt flats and marshes of the Doñana Environmental Protection Area are also located.
