Outside, the fabulous swimming pool and garden with sun loungers ensure total enjoyment of the good weather on the island. The pool is made of salt and measures 9 x 4.5 while the depth ranges between 1.10 and 1.9 meters. Next to it we find the furnished porch that houses the barbecue area. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.
The home is located on the first floor of the building. It offers a wonderful terrace with views of the pool and the mountains and is furnished to enjoy your meals and dinners with the family. Once inside we find a cozy living room with TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. Next to it is the dining area. The kitchen - also with AC - is independent, is equipped with a ceramic hob and also offers a table with chairs in case you prefer to eat there. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, in the house we find 3 bedrooms, all with AC: 1 with two single beds, and two with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the house. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating and there is also a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.
The property is located in Selva, a beautiful town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is the ideal starting point to get to know the island since the closest beach, Puerto de Alcudia, is only 23 km away. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and there you can buy local and seasonal products. The closest golf course is Pollensa, located 21 km from the property.
