Huis op Mallorca bij Cala s'Amarador
The house is located in the middle of one of the most spectacular natural parks in Mallorca and its garden is a maximum exponent of the characteristic flora of the area. The beautiful landscaping on this property includes a refreshing 4 x 2 meter above ground chlorine pool with a depth of 1.4 metres. Around the house you will also find several outdoor spaces where you can enjoy the good weather in complete privacy.
The two-story house has a marked traditional character mixed with modern elements. In the living room you can rest while watching satellite TV (German channels only). The kitchen-dining room is equipped with gas and there is a table with chairs. Still on the main floor we find the only bathroom, with a shower. The first floor houses the 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed. The equipment is completed with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and also a cot and high chair in case you are traveling with a baby. In addition, the house runs on solar energy.
The property is located in the middle of a true natural jewel of the island, the Cala Mondragó Natural Park, which includes wonderful coves such as s'Amarador, just 2.7 km away. In the area there are several routes for hiking or cycling. The closest town is Santanyí where you will find all the basic services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Additionally, if one day you prefer a change of environment you can practice golf at the Vall d'Or course just 16.9 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
