Rustiek huis in Inca met privézwembad
The rustic house offers an elevated chlorine pool with dimensions of 5m x 5m and a depth of 1m; Perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. On six sun loungers you can sunbathe and dream. For those who want to cool off quickly, there is an outdoor shower at your disposal. The furnished porch is a cool place to have a barbecue with the whole family. This beautiful house is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
The interiors are decorated in a bright and welcoming style and the rooms are spread over one floor. In the modern, air-conditioned living room-kitchen-dining room you can spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones, perhaps while watching a movie on satellite TV or listening to music. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with wardrobes. If you travel with a baby, we provide a crib and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Please note that the first floor is closed and uninhabited and you will not have access.
This beautiful house is close to the town of Inca, where you will find everything you need for an independent holiday, such as supermarkets and restaurants. If you like home cooking, you can go to eat at a celler, typical restaurants that serve Mallorcan food. On the outskirts of Inca is the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a hill with a hermitage and a good restaurant. By car you can go to the northern coast, famous for beautiful sandy beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. The bay of Alcúdia is ideal for families with children. The old town of Alcúdia is very picturesque and stands out for its cobblestone streets. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
