A well-known restaurant is in the immediate vicinity and a shop is 200 metres away.The house was built in traditional Istrian style and partially renovated in 2014. On the fully fenced plot of 200 m², guests have at their disposal a small garden, private pool with sun loungers, a brick barbecue, a summer kitchen with fireplace and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a car park in the courtyard and two further private parking spaces in front of the house.This holiday home with pool with a living area of 90m2 is spread over two floors and can accommodate 4-6 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the first floor, the house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful panoramic view and seating. The house is fully air-conditioned and has WLAN. Pets are welcome.
