On the ground floor you will find an inviting living area with sofa, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. The upper floor has two cosy bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony with stunning views of the harbour, the sea and the nearby islands. A further bathroom with shower/WC is also located on this floor. For your comfort, both floors are air-conditioned and a WLAN internet connection is available.The outdoor area includes a small, fenced plot with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing evenings in the open air. You also benefit from your own covered car park, which guarantees safe and convenient parking for your vehicle.The location of the holiday home couldn't be better: Right next to the marina, it nevertheless offers a very peaceful atmosphere. The historic old town, a lively promenade and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away and invite you to explore the picturesque surroundings of Vrsar.Casa Batana is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in Vrsar.
