The exteriors are very beautiful, it has a fantastic 6 x 4 m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.6 m, as well as 4 sun loungers, a terrace at the entrance of the house equipped with 1 table and chairs, a fully furnished porch, and a barbecue for cooking lovers.

The 150 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors. The spacious living room is very cozy, it has two sofas, a small table, TV-SAT, air conditioning, a wood stove and plenty of outside light. The dining room is very spacious and has a large table equipped with chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with 2 single beds, and three on the first floor, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. These three have an en-suite bathroom, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. And all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is availability for 1 crib and 1 high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor that serves the entire house.

The accommodation is only 6 km from Sa Rapita and 6 km from Campos, where you can find what you need during your vacation: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. A 10-minute drive takes you to the white sand beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands. And around you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters. The city of Palma is a 30-minute drive away, where you can make sightseeing visits, cultural walks or go shopping. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
