The exterior of the house is impressive. The pool is perfect for cooling off during hot days and measures 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 meters. In addition, the pool is surrounded by an artificial grass area where you will find several sun loungers and there is a fixed barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. There is also an outside shower to cool off.
The beautiful house is divided into 2 floors and has a traditional and practical style. The living room is spacious and has a fireplace that will provide you with a cozy atmosphere during the cooler nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob and oven. The dining room, which is open to the kitchen, has a large wooden table for six people. When it comes to sleeping, they have a total of 4 bedrooms, of which two are on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have a double bed. On the upper floor, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has a double bed and two singles, as well as direct access to a private terrace. All bedrooms have A/C. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can provide a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby.
The house is located in a beautiful country setting, surrounded by extensive fields on the outskirts of Sant Joan. The nearby town has all the necessary amenities for an independent stay. In addition, its central location allows easy and quick access to the many tourist attractions of the island. If you're looking to enjoy the beach, the stunning Playa de Muro, with its miles of golden sand and crystal clear waters, is just 31 km away.
