Villa in Cala Clara met privézwembad
The exteriors are very beautiful, cool off in the 8 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.60 to 1.90 m. It has a small garden area, 8 sun loungers located on the terrace, a small 14 m2 fully furnished porch where you can spend great evenings with your family and friends.
The 200 m2 house distributed over 2 floors has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub; and 3 on the 1st floor (2 with 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub, and 1 with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. All of them have air conditioning. There is availability for 1 cot. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, the house has 1 toilet on the ground floor. The living-dining room is very cozy, it has 2 sofas, TV-Sat, 1 fireplace, a table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, has everything you need so you can cook without any problem. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In addition, its energy source is ecological, since it obtains it through aerothermal energy.
Cala Sant Vicenç is a very charming place since it is a quiet area, with the sea and mountains nearby. Cala Sant Vicenç has a small supermarket, some souvenirs and restaurants with sea views. In the surroundings you will find other coves such as Cala Molins, Cala Carbó and Cala Clara, all of them with fine sand and crystal clear waters. Just 10 minutes by car is Pollença and Puerto de Pollença where you will find a great gastronomic and leisure offer. Pollença is one of the most beautiful towns on the island due to its monuments, its streets and its environment. Puerto de Pollença is a very charming place that has an ideal promenade for walking and enjoying the great variety of cuisine and different shops. If you like adventure, you can practice diving, kayaking, fishing, cycling, hiking, tennis, golf, etc. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
