Charmant Huis in Sineu met Privézwembad
The backyard of this unique house hides a refreshing chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3 meters and has a depth of 0.90 to 1.80 meters. Next to it you can sunbathe on the 8 sun loungers or relax in the shade of the walls full of history of the house. You will also find a mobile barbecue to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables and an outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals outside. The property is fenced and has direct neighbors.
The 2-story house preserves countless details of the old mill construction, such as stone walls and vaulted ceilings. On the ground floor you will find the dining room next to the kitchen that has a ceramic hob; a bedroom with double bed and AC; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor they have the wonderful living room with AC and TV-sat; 3 other bedrooms, two with 2 single beds -one with AC- and one with a double bed and AC; and two more bathrooms with shower. We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby. In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located in the town of Sineu, very central on the island. The town offers the basic services for your stay and you should not miss its weekly market that has been held for centuries on Wednesdays and its beautiful parish church. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, about 20 km away, where you can practice water sports or eat a delicious paella at one of its beach bars. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
