After a day of shopping in the city or strolling around the island, the best plan is to relax in the outdoor areas of this beautiful country house and cool off in the private chlorine pool that measures 6.7 x 6.2 meters and has a depth ranging between 1.6 and 1.8 meters. The sun loungers by the pool are perfect for enjoying the sun and the garden pergola is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious barbecue as night falls. In addition, the exterior of the house has a complete outdoor bathroom with a shower.
The two-story house offers a simple and classic style. On the ground floor we have the dining room with TV; The large kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. On the ground floor you will also find 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed). There are also two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. On the first floor we have another living room and the rest of the bedrooms, all with a double bed except the last one that has a trundle bed. On this floor we have two other bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, AC in all rooms as well as 2 cribs and 2 high chairs.
This beautiful country house is located on the outskirts of Palma, in the residential area of Son Sardina that offers all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will be able to enjoy the cultural and summer offerings of the city of Palma as far as you can reach by public transport as there are bus stops nearby. Come to the Son Vida Golf Club to spend a different day enjoying your favorite sport. The closest beach is Can Pere Antoni.
The maintenance staff lives in the house next door.
