Huis in Costitx met Jacuzzi en Boszicht

Right at the entrance of the house you are welcomed by a cozy and beautiful stone terrace, ideal for having a coffee every morning or a good glass of wine or cava at sunset. On the other hand, an upper terrace meets the expectations of our guests even more by offering a wonderful jacuzzi, where you can bathe while contemplating amazing views over the completely forested fields, and two sun loungers for sunbathing. The jacuzzi also has a temperature that ranges from 15 to 43 ºC.

With a rustic style on its façade, the house offers, on the contrary, a modern style inside but with all the warmth of a real home. Upon entering, we find a comfortable living room with Satellite TV and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a dream kitchen-dining room. In white and with gray countertops, it offers direct access to the terrace and is equipped with a large island with a ceramic hob and all the necessary appliances and tools for the chefs in the family to cook to their hearts' content. Going up the stairs we have a second bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and dressing room, and the second with two single beds and a wardrobe. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. And on the top floor, they have a second living room with air conditioning, where they can all sit and chat together. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The surroundings of this beautiful town house are very beautiful. Costitx is a small, authentic inland town, perfect for getting to know true Mallorcan customs, such as going to breakfast or eating typical homemade dishes at the downtown bar, buying essential groceries or simply strolling through its streets or fields. Other neighboring towns are recommended to visit their weekly market such as Sineu, on Wednesdays, or Inca, on Thursdays, among many others. Regarding the beaches, you can choose between those of Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or Son Serra de Marina, or those on the opposite coast such as Playa de Palma or Es Trenc. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Tourist license: ETV/9236At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash. The amount varies between 0.55€ / per night per person in the low season and 2.2€ / per night per person in the high season. Starting on the ninth day, it is reduced by half. People under 16 years old excluded. At the entrance you have to pay the deposit directly to the owner.
