Esmeralda is a very spacious house in an excellent location, just 250 metres from the beautiful sandy bay of Cala Esmeralda and 600 metres from the bay of Cala Gran. The centre of Cala D'Or is approx. 700 m away and offers a pedestrian zone with a large selection of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.The villa offers plenty of natural light and is built on 2 independent levels in Ibizan style.From the entrance you enter the spacious, bright and open-plan living/dining area. On the other side of the pool there is a pergola with a small chill-out corner. A service room with washing machine is also located at the back of the house.On the roof terrace, which can only be accessed by children under parental supervision, there is another chill-out area with a magnificent sea view.
