Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. On a slightly lower garden level, there is a lovely gazebo with a table for 10 and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.For sports enthusiasts, there is a small football pitch (max. 10 players), a ping-pong table and the possibility of wonderful long walks in the oak woods surrounding the property.The 250 m² villa is a typical Tuscan stone house with rustic-style elements such as wooden and terracotta floors and wrought-iron details, but lacking modern comforts such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and a not-so-beautiful whirlpool bath.Simply furnished, the villa has two floors.Ground floor: a reading room with stereo system, a lovely living/dining room with an antique fireplace and satellite TV, DVD player, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer and ice machine, microwave, American coffee machine, moka, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, dishwasher).First floor: two double rooms with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
