The equipment also includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer.From the house you can reach all points of interest only on foot and it is all walking distance. Just a few steps away is a small beach, and a solarium where you can bathe during the summer, or admire the sunrise over the sea. Also very close to the house is the cycle path that runs along the sea and the town, and there are also many restaurants and bars. From here you can also walk to all the most important and suggestive places in Syracuse: in 10 minutes you can reach the Greek Theatre and in 5 minutes the island of Ortigia. Also not to be missed are the Monumento dei Caduti, the sepulchre of Santa Lucia, the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime and the Greek Theatre.
