The property is home to a quiet hunting dog (Kleiner Münsterländer) and is part of a hunting and beekeeping household, although the beehives are not directly on the property. For guests travelling by bike, there is the possibility to park them safely and charge e-bikes. A wallbox is also available for electric vehicles.The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities and excursion destinations. The holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Gera cycle path and only a 15-minute walk from the Möbisburg outdoor pool.
