Featuring two balconies and easy access to the ski area and hiking trails, this property is a true gem at 1,220 metres above sea level. A MODERN HOME AWAY FROM HOME High above the Rhône Valley, our modern holiday apartment offers spacious rooms, high-quality furnishings, and spectacular views that immediately impress. We are delighted to share our home with guests who appreciate a stylish and contemporary living environment. Between 2017 and 2019, the apartment was carefully and lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, and we continue to spend our own holidays here. The quality of the interior reflects this commitment, with authentic materials, carefully selected furniture, and a stunning view from the north-facing balcony extending across the entire Rhône Valley to the Bietschhorn. In 2025, the building was completely renovated down to its foundation, including all balconies. BEDROOMS, BATHROOM AND BALCONIES The apartment accommodates up to six guests in two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with two bunk beds. A bright and spacious open-plan living area completes the layout. Both bedrooms feature large storage drawers for luggage. The children's room is finished in brushed solid spruce wood, while the master bedroom features a modern wardrobe with a black glass door accented by green-tinted horizontal stripes, the remaining furniture is finished in elegant white. LED skylight-style lighting above the windows in every room creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The modern bathroom features a luxurious rainfall shower, turning every shower into a special experience. Both bedrooms and the living room provide direct access to one of the two balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the valley views from every corner of the apartment. Each balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs, a gas barbecue, and two sun loungers, perfect for relaxing outdoors. KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop with extractor hood, oven with microwave function, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, fondue set, and raclette grill. Basic cooking ingredients and spices are also provided to make meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Carefully designed lighting above and below the cabinets creates a pleasant ambience. Meals can be enjoyed around the walnut dining table with six Bauhaus-style cantilever chairs, while a mirrored backsplash enhances the sense of space. In the living area, a large 55-inch television with satellite reception provides entertainment, while Apple TV with Sunrise access is available for tech-savvy guests. Unlimited Wi-Fi via 5G ensures a reliable internet connection even in this mountain village. SURROUNDINGS AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES The mountains begin right outside the front door. The valley station of the family-friendly Eischoll-Unterbäch chairlift is just 150 metres from the apartment, providing direct access to 35 kilometres of ski slopes with plenty of space to enjoy. The ski area is part of the Magic Pass network, making it an excellent base for exploring numerous other nearby ski destinations. Numerous hiking trails start directly from the village, including the historic Suonen irrigation channels and the route to the spectacular Milibach suspension bridge. Mountain bikers will find challenging trails in the Augstbord region. Eischoll is also home to the rare "Light Flower," which transforms the village into a sea of purple blossoms in spring. Historic granaries known as Trielstadel bear witness to the village's agricultural heritage, while traditional raclette evenings on the village square offer a warm local experience during the summer months. For day trips, destinations such as Zermatt, Saas-Fee, and the thermal spas of Leukerbad are easily accessible by car. PARKING AND SUSTAINABILITY A private outdoor parking space directly in front of the entrance, in front of the middle garage, is included with the apartment. The garage serves as additional storage for skis, bicycles, and luggage, while a dedicated ski room is also available on the ground floor. Charging an electric vehicle from the 230V power outlet is possible upon prior arrangement. A photovoltaic system on the roof generates renewable electricity, contributing to a more sustainable holiday experience. GOOD TO KNOW The apartment is non-smoking, smoking is only permitted on the balconies. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated. Bed linen, kitchen towels, and final cleaning are included in the rental price. A tourist tax is charged separately by the owner in accordance with the applicable local rate. A washing machine is available in the building and may be used subject to availability. The property is generally quiet and only lightly occupied. Guests and apartment owners are asked to be considerate of one another, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Check-in and check-out are self-service, with all access details provided directly before arrival.
