Our cosy log cabin "Haus Fink" is located in a green holiday home settlement surrounded by Pomeranian forest landscape on the edge of the village of Bodstedt and the nature reserve "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft". It therefore guarantees a relaxing and peaceful holiday. A mild coastal climate, kilometres of fine sandy beaches and rustic forests create an idyllic location. Time out in the countryside - an ideal holiday destination at any time of year away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts We are looking for permanent/regular tenants for our weekend house who would like to use it for their leisure time. Your rent is an annual rent and is calculated on the basis of seasonal days of use. The property covers 510 m² and the living space in the house is approx. 140 m². The log cabin was completed in January 2017 and on the ground floor there is an open, fully equipped kitchen (if something is missing, we will take care of it), the living room with a couch and a beautiful, cosy fireplace, a bathroom with a large shower and hairdryer as well as a bedroom for 2 people (double bed) and a small bedroom with a bunk bed. The ground floor is tiled and has underfloor heating. The sunny terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy great barbecue evenings. There are garden chairs with adjustable backrests and cushions for sunbathing and a column air grill. The garden invites you to play, relax, linger and unwind.on the upper floor there are two beautiful bedrooms for a total of 5 people, a bathroom with shower. A small lounge invites you to read, and there is also a second TV. Of course, a high chair and travel cot are available for the little ones.We ask for your understanding that the house is a non-smoking house.pets are welcome.friendly hosts are a matter of course for us: the contact person on site is at your disposal for all questions & problems.the settlement: The holiday home settlement consists of 28 holiday homes and the Café & Bar Wolli. The private road means that only a few foreign cars stray onto the estate, so it is possible to let your children roam the area largely unsupervised. New friendships are often formed while romping through the woods and meadows. The plots are all so large that you can retreat and unwind. The diverse architectural styles of the houses are interesting to look at and create a well-balanced neighbourhood. The "Östlicher-Backstein-Rundweg" cycle path, located directly in front of the estate, takes you around the entire Bodden, approximately 80 kilometres. This can easily be done in one day. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst is approx. 30 minutes by bike. The cycle path is also suitable for inline skates, roller skates and skateboards. Jogging and Nordic walking are also recommended.Bodstedt: The small harbour with its typical wooden fishing boats, the Zeesenboote, is particularly beautiful to look at. The oldest Zeesen boat regatta takes place every year on the first weekend in September, and there is a landing stage for boat trips around the Bodden and for boat transfers to the Darß. The local beach is only three minutes away by bike. The shallow water zones are ideal for beginners and water rats. Adults can relax on the large lawn next to it. The village has three small restaurants serving fresh fish and fried potatoes. The fisherman supplies holidaymakers and locals with fresh and smoked fish every day. Whether by bike, on foot or on horseback - experience the landscape and the charm of the village up close and personal.surroundings You will spend your holiday in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst (10 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow (18 km), both characterised by maritime traditions, are not far away. Prerow Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Good shopping facilities, restaurants and evening events can be found in Barth (7 km). The Bodden and the Baltic Sea are an attractive area for water sports enthusiasts and there are countless activities on offer. Hiking is in: it's worth taking a look off the beaten track, especially in autumn when thousands of cranes stop to rest on the Zingst.highlights in the surrounding area- Störtebeker Festival on Rügen (75 km)- Climbing forest in Born (23 km)- Karls Erlebnishof in Rövershagen (41 km)- Marlow bird park (38 km).
