The quietly situated and richly equipped holiday home in the heart of Provence is built in Provencal style and is ideally located on the south-eastern edge of the Luberon for exploring Provence with its beautiful villages and markets. It offers space for 2 - 5 people. The large garden invites you to linger and offers rest, peace and relaxation.There is a communal pool where you can cool off in summer.Pierrevert is a small, picturesque village in the Coteaux des Pierrevert wine-growing region. The settlement of L'Orée du Golf is 2 km from the village. In Pierrevert there are shopping facilities for personal needs (groceries, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office, bank, restaurants and cafes).The house has approx. 85 square metres of living space on the ground floor. Tiled floors are throughout the house. There is electric heating in all rooms. The spacious living/dining area offers enough space (TV, internet radio with CD player, W-LAN)There are a total of 3 bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, which can be reached from a separate hallway- 1st bedroom a double bed (200x160)- 2nd bedroom a single bed (200x90)- 3rd bedroom a single bed (200x90) (in exceptional cases an extra bed/guest bed)-A bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet and a separate toilet with washbasin are in the house.There is a toilet with washbasin in the entrance area.The comfortable fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with hot air and grill, blender, coffee and pad machine and many cooking and baking utensils are available as well as a freezer and a washing machine.The house is surrounded by a large garden. There is a terrace in front of the living room on the south side. A large tree provides shade in summer. On the north side in front of the kitchen is the second terrace. Both are furnished with tables and chairs.There is a communal pool for cooling off.The well-known golf course Golf im Luberon is in the immediate vicinity. The golf course has a wonderful location with views of Pierrevert and the surrounding region.In June and July, the lavender is in bloom and the air is filled with a wonderful scent of purple. There are many fields on the Valensol plateau and the lavender festival is celebrated there in July. 0000
